Vice Chancellor of Marketing & Communication

Tracy has responsibility for all day-to-day tactical planning and implementation of TCU’s marketing and communication initiatives and coordination of the marketing and communication staff work. She also works with an integrated marketing team to develop communication strategies for the university’s schools and colleges to advance and support TCU’s institutional goals. She oversees planning and implementation of university advertising, guides the development and implementation of new media in relation to marketing and communication, oversees a campus-wide marketing task force and serves on the university’s administrative cabinet. Tracy began her career in communications as a journalist writing television news for a CBS affiliate. Prior to TCU, she was the Director of Communications for the corporate office of the Birmingham, Ala., YMCA. She received her bachelor degree in journalism with an emphasis in radio/television news from San Diego State University.

Lisa AlbertLisa Albert

Director of Communications

Lisa serves as director of communications and manages the day-to-day media relations for the University. Through this role, she handles crisis communications and serves as the University spokeswoman. She also offers strategic marketing and communication services to colleges and centers at the university including AddRan College of Liberal Arts, Ranch Management, administration and acts as a liaison to the athletic department. Additionally, Lisa communicates updates with the campus community on campus construction, assists in management of social media sites, is in charge of the hometown news program and oversees the News & Events web site. She has been in the industry for ten years and has experience in agency, non-profit and higher education organizations. Lisa earned a bachelor of science degree in journalism, advertising/public relations sequence and a master of science degree in strategic communication from TCU’s Schieffer School of Journalism.

Holly EllmanHolly Ellman

Communications Specialist

Holly provides strategic marketing and communication services to TCU’s College of Communication, College of Science & Engineering and Harris College of Nursing & Health Sciences. She also manages the University’s Faculty Experts and Hometown News efforts. Holly’s past work experience includes serving in a communications capacity for Texas Wesleyan University, Fort Worth Country Day School and Witherspoon Marketing Communications. She began her undergraduate studies at TCU and earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Wesleyan University.

Sandra Hawk RecordSandra Hawk Record

Internal Communications Manager

Sandy oversees and helps produce both weekly and quarterly employee publications, the bi-annual Fine Arts Calendar and NewsWatch, a colorful review of TCU in the media spotlight. She is also the publicity liaison for the TCU College of Fine Arts, Brite Divinity School and other academic programs. A childhood resident of White Plains, NY, Sandy received a bachelor’s degree in journalism from TCU and began her career as a feature writer for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. She later served for many years as editor of the employee publication for Capital Cities/ABC, Inc.

Communication Specialist

Jenny manages TCU's institutional advertising efforts and provides strategic marketing and communication services to TCU's AddRan College of Liberal Arts, College of Education and the Ranch Management and Graduate Studies programs. Jenny earned a bachelor's degree in advertising/public relations from TCU's Schieffer School of Journalism and has previous experience serving as an account executive for marketing and PR agencies in the DFW area.

Gayla ToddGayla Todd

Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor for Marketing & Communication

Gayla serves as the executive assistant for the Vice Chancellor of Marketing & Communication. She also coordinates the daily office operations of the Office of Communications. Her duties include electronically gathering and archiving TCU news clips, maintaining the University’s online calendar, arranging faculty photo shoots, and assisting with numerous internal publications and events. She came to TCU with a degree in child development and 25 years of experience as assistant director of a pre-Kindergarten program in Fort Worth.
